About Highstreet Village
Coming soon to Abbotsford’s West Townline neighbourhood, Highstreet Village is a 12-acre master-planned community by AB Wall Group. It consists of 157 spacious townhomes and seven mid-rise buildings with 577 condominiums. Nine types of townhome have 3-storey layouts with two to four bedrooms; seven include rooftop decks. Condominiums will offer a selection of floor plans ranging from one to three bedrooms. Residents will have access to over 37,000 sq ft of amenities, including landscaped common areas, a 2-storey clubhouse, and spaces in individual buildings. A future transit hub, providing both local and regional services, will be located on the south side of the property.
Parking and Storage at Highstreet Village
All townhomes will have attached 1- or 2-car private garages in either double wide or tandem configurations. Some units will have a parking apron in front of the garage that offers space for additional vehicles. Parking for townhome visitors is provided by 38 stalls spread throughout the townhome portion of the site. Bicycle & vehicle parking and storage lockers for condominium residents will be accommodated in two-level underground parkades.
